At Sri Lanka Outlet, we provide a transparent timeline for your custom jewelry project, ensuring you stay updated every step of the way. Typically, the process takes around 48 days to complete, although this may vary if additional time is needed for design approvals to ensure your satisfaction.

DAY 1 : CONSULTATION
The journey begins when you contact us—whether via phone, social media, or an in-person visit to our store. During your visit, our experienced sales and design team will guide you in selecting the perfect design to match your preferences, budget, and style.
Once your order is placed and your ring size is confirmed, we’ll begin crafting your custom piece.
DAY 5 : APPROVE DESIGN
Within five days, your computer-aided design (CAD) will be ready. This step brings your vision to life as we share images and detailed sketches of your design. You'll have the opportunity to review the proposed design and request any adjustments before moving forward.
DAY 7 : SEND TO WORKSHOP
After your approval of the design and wax model, our skilled goldsmiths will take over. They will meticulously craft your piece, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring that it meets your exact specifications with exceptional precision and care.
DAY 14 : QUALITY CONTROL
We are committed to perfection. Once your jewelry is crafted, it undergoes a rigorous two-day quality control process. Our production manager and team carefully inspect your piece to identify and correct even the smallest imperfections. Only after it passes these checks is your piece ready for the next step.
DAY 21 : COLLECTION
The moment you've been waiting for finally arrives! We’ll give you a call to let you know that your custom piece is complete and ready for collection. It’s an exciting milestone as you receive your unique creation, designed to be cherished for a lifetime. We can’t wait to see the happiness your new treasure brings!
